About Us

IMG_0107

Hi there! We’re Christy and Andy. We started this blog when traveling together on our motorbikes through South America for half a year.

We each have our own perspective on things and write about our experiences. Some posts may be parallel, and some asynchronous. Some posts will surely be reflections which come while on the road and therefore not always in chronological order.

It’s not important to us to chronicle every meal and rainy day, but to capture how we feel and how our perspectives develop throughout the experience. You may read more in our personal pages to learn more about our own stories.

This blog helps us share our experiences with our families and friends. You have inspired us, supported, helped and loved us in order to make this all possible. We’re grateful for your presence in our lives and we’re better because we know you.

In the meantime, we have many adventures behind us and we’ll be sharing more. Right now we’re adding our most recent travels in New Zealand.

Hasta luego and kia ora,

Andy and Christy

    • Hi Jeff,
thats a great way to do this trip.I hope you will enjoy your trip. There is a great hostel in Santiago that I can strongly recommend: Hostal Casa Matte, run by Christian a biker himself…

      Safe travels,
      Andy
