Our Blog

IMG_0107

Hi there! We’re Christy and Andy. We started this blog when traveling together on our motorbikes through South America for half a year.

We each have our own perspective on things and write about our experiences. Some posts may be parallel, and some asynchronous. Some posts will surely be reflections which come while on the road and therefore not always in chronological order.

It’s not important to us to chronicle every meal and rainy day, but to capture how we feel and how our perspectives develop throughout the experience. You may read more in our personal pages to learn more about our own stories.

This blog helps us share our experiences with our families and friends. You have inspired us, supported, helped and loved us in order to make this all possible. We’re grateful for your presence in our lives and we’re better because we know you.

In the meantime, we have many adventures behind us and we’ll be sharing more. Right now we’re adding our most recent travels in New Zealand.

Hasta luego and kia ora,

Andy and Christy

  1. Hey guys!
I’m Cristian Callejon from the gas station.
    I hope you’re doing well.
Los Dominicos is the little tourist-town that I tried talk you about. Two blocks from there you can find the firestation where I work (15 Feuerwehr kompanie stadt Santiago), you are welcome to visit. This is our web site http://www.15.cl

Please let me know when you get to Santiago so I can show you the firestation.

I think your motorcycle journey is really cool, I hope the rest of the trip goes well.

    Best regards!
