I’m an American who’s been living in Munich Germany basically since the university. I studied German and Psychology, but decided it would be more interesting to work in international business, so I earned my MBA and work as a manager in an IT services company.

I’ve traveled many places, mostly Europe, either as a backpacker, businesswoman, hiker, hitchhiker, or when my parents visit, tour guide. It wasn’t until last year, when I was on a motorbike trip to Croatia on the back of Andy’s motorbike that I started thinking how it would be to travel on a bike of my own. A few months later, at 37, I had my motorbike license. I bought my first bike and not a year later, we set off on a six month trip through South America.
